Yup the time line is completely messed up now, and they don't do the whole Kelvin alter vers time line here.
So a lot of things might change. Hive might never get to this world. The rise of Hydra might not happen in the same way, where we might not get the events of Winter Soldier. Nathaniel is the key stone.
I still think that we are going to see Grant Ward one more time as well, it just makes sense.
My sense is that the end of this there is going to be a final conclusion to the Shield story, and Coulson finally gets to die permanently.
