That's a nice looking Kit but you could buy all of those components for under $50. I bought a conical fermenter capable of doing pressure ferments and has a nice little collection ball at the bottom to clear your trub out. Does 5 gallons at a time and is super easy and clean. I'll never go back to the old carboy/bucket fermenting.
