There was one by the Westin yesterday morning. After 40 pokeballs he escaped
Thankfully he was weaker (1300CP) than the one I already have.
Evolved my Blastoise last night. Ended up using a 95% IV rated Squirtle and got the ideal movesets on Blastoise, Water Gun and Hydro Pump.
