UPDATE:
I have news! After trying to get a hold of HatClub daily for the past month via phone/email. I finally got a response and a call (Who would think that Twitter has become the most affective way to get a hold of a company today).
The representative who took my order reached out and called me. They are currently waiting for their shipment from NewEra, he has confirmed that the hats have been made, and they have been shipped with HatClub’s incoming stock, unfortunately they are being held up at the border due to covid reasons. He currently has the arrival date (at HatClub) as late June (which would make a Calgary arrival set at Early July).
The good news from all this is that he had no idea about the issues I was having with their (888) number and has given me his direct line for the next time I need to inquire.
I apologize to everyone how long this is taking.
