Its a big leap from Porn to mainstream and very few do it. I mean Stallone did a softcore flick and Jackie Chan did porn to get by.
other then that, its pretty rare. Ginger Lynn Allan did a bunch of main stream stuff, Traci Lords jumped into Mainstream as well. But other than that its rare.
