Default outlook 365 question

Weird question and I'm sure I'm being dumb.


I just bought a laptop, I'm running office 365 and outlook 365 on my desk top. I installed office 365 and outlook 365 on my laptop. But I can't seem to find a way to synchronize the calender between the two, nor the email.


I get some emails on my desktop and some on the laptop with my shaw account. The calender on my desktop is full, but its not syching on the notebook.


Any tips?
