Prairie Schooner Estates
Just wondering if anyone has any info about this area. I always see houses for sale here. Many of them are 1-2.5 acre lots. Is there a major infrastructure project happening nearby that is threatening the area?
Just seems like an attractive price to have a lot like that this close to the city. I know everything on the east side is typically cheaper but given the number of listings I have seen over the year I can only assume something is going on? Does the Shepard Power facility have something to do with it?
Anyone have any intel?
