So you think we should just allow new GMs to make mistakes? Sure we make these judgements a bit ad-hoc, in part based on the state of the organization. Why are you digging up something that happened nearly 3 years ago?
Just a few weeks ago we gave a couple new GMs a second chance on the re-entry waiver rule. Should we have not done that?
