Fully loaded it is about 3750 so just over your vans capacity.
I've seen people towing this type with minivans but I wouldn't recommend it.
You would definitely need a brake controller and tranny cooler if you were to try it.
I have towed this with my Jeep (also for Sale) without any problems at all.
