Shooter had no prior record other than a citation years ago. Lived in Mesquite NV. Officers on scene there now to search his house. He has been in Mandalay Bay since Sept. 28. Shot and killed himself before police could breach the room.
Authorities still trying to determine motivation. His partner that they had been looking for was located out of the country and they dont believe she has any involvement.
Still clearing the area and will take a while yet.
