For burgers made at home, any suggestions on this front?
I've found some decent brioche buns at safeway that come in a 4 pack (some french company, forget the name). The size is perfect for the patties I make but tend to get pretty soft when toasting them on the BBQ. I'd like to find something a bit more dense.
