We went to Roy's Place in Claresholm on the weekend. I had the Forty Creek Whiskey Burger. Like so many good burgers, there wasn't any one thing that was special; it was all just done right. At first I was underwhelmed by the size of the patty; however the balance of the meat, seasoning, BBQ sauce as well as the quality of the toppings made this a solid choice. Good home made gravy.
Their other specialty is the fish & chips, will have to try that next time.
