Stops them from veering into oncoming Semi's though....
That whole highway is terrible given the volume of semi haulers using it to avoid the city. Add in all the commuter traffic nowadays, and you've got the current recipe for disaster.
Glad to see the AB gov't has already been at work planning the twinning to the city limits, hopefully the city is doing the same thing.
