I decided to give this a shot starting tomorrow. I feel like I should be able to stick with it (although I may drift to what Tron describes earlier with a cheat day in there!). I feel like I’ll try it for 4-6 weeks and see how it goes. Might be a good thing for me to not have a drink at the golf course with each round I play!
I’ve been doing the intermittent fasting for a while and overall I like that. Really the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t have cream in my coffee. I might miss that forever.
