4-week update. Now, I understand. I think I actually reached fat adaptation about 2 days ago. No more weakness in the afternoon. Now I have plenty of energy during the day. I don't feel hungry. Doing further research into the health benefits of keto, I am a convert - I am going to try to stick with this long-term. I will incorporate berries and tomatoes/red peppers back into my diet, but, otherwise, I can do this and am not missing anything really. Even re-worked the keto pizza recipe into something I actually like. High-cocoa chocolate (80%+) with nuts was my go-to dessert already, so no need to change anything there... Curious to see where my weight stabilizes.
