- Keto wraps off Amazon
- Keto buns are easy to find
- Sugarless ketchup
- Tuna salads drenched in Subway dressing for lunch
- bacon and eggs for breakfast
- flavoured pork rinds dipped in baba ghanoush (this is debateable, I smoke a lot of weed)
- Ice water and MIO drops

I think that I could handle keto with that. But, just to confirm, is that basically Saturday dinner and then Sunday you eat whatever you want? I could never do keto as a long lasting thing, but I could probably handle a month or two with a legit cheat day thrown in .
