Yes indeed, all the employees get their own code and that's how they keep track.
Actually, there's a financial incentive and they gave me a big fake cheque to go with it.
Also, they gave everyone who participated a Hitmen Club Member coat. As for prizes, I won one midway (a bottle of wine) but all the prizes at the end were done by draw.
