I use an A118c like some people do. An A119 is a good choice too, but the 118 goes on sale every now and then with a card on amazon for <$100 (which it should, its not a new option at all). I prefer how it mounts, suction cups are jittery and bump around, and the 118 just looks in place when its all installed properly and hardwired to run with the vehicle. 1080p is easily enough, unfortunately it does 1080p @30fps, 60fps would be nice but again you may run into bitrate and write limitations depending on the equipment.

I'm unsure what you mean by a back up camera with dash cam features? you can't get that together. You can get front and rearview dash cams as though, but I'm not sure I see a ton of need for rear view
