Just wondering if anyone has a good hvac company they have worked with.

I have a good company I’ve used and recommended but thinking of looking into someone else. We recently moved and I contacted them to install a new furnace and ac which would have been in a couple of days. I sent a email to confirm the booking and found out they didn’t see the email.. I just got an apology that whoops they missed the email now they are booking out another month, our main floor living room was 29.5 degrees yesterday :/

Extremely upset we have been waiting a month for it as our new house is quite hot compared to previous one and we have a young baby.

I like this company but feeling pretty hot headed about it all. Simple mistake but it affects our lives a lot.
