I don't know if its Ultron. Wasn't the last of him and his programming destroyed at the end of age of Ultron. Its not Vision because his programming was part of the mind stone. This is something custom created by the jerk in charge of Sword. Think of it as cruise missile programming.
When I thought it was Agnes that was manipulating everything it left Wanda off of the hook, but now she's back on, she created the town and trapped the people, and tortured them.
She's not that much different then Agnes in terms of the magic controlling Agnes to effect though is more curios then wanting more power and more disgusted that someone that was never trained has so much power. Wanda's grief controlled her and has lead her to do a pretty despicable act, remember that these people are in constant pain as Wanda pretty much crushes their personalities and individuality to keep control.
I think we're going to obviously get good vs evil Vision, and illusion Vision could take over Evil Visions body. But I have a feeling that they don't want or need Vision in the next phase of the Avengers movie.
the question for me is, does Monica actually have Superpowers or were they given to her accidentally in the Hex and if she leaves the Hex she loses them.
A big indicator to me of a season two of WandaVision is if Agnes survives, however I have this funny feeling that like the Mandalorian, Disney is going to use the power of the mouse for a epic cameo in the final episode that leads to the Next Doctor Strange movie. So no season two.
Just some random thoughts
- I forgot how pretty Mary Tyler Moore was
- Haywood is pure evil, basically showing Wanda her love during a autopsy, I expected her to go primevil, but instead we got this great tragic moment with Wanda when she couldn't feel Vision.
- The casting for Agnes has been beautiful. She's more like a scientist at this point pulling wings off of flies, as she wants to know how Wanda has the ability to instinctively do all of these spells at once.
- I don't think Haywood is Hydra, but he certainly is running his own agenda on behalf of Sword. He see's Wanda as a real threat to the world I think.
- Now that we know that Agnes was controlling Pietro, you look back on that last scene of the last episode and you can hear her words in his voice. I loved that.
- The change in Agnes in the end was brilliant, the off the cuff comments and over the top was gone.
