That's seems like a pretty attractive price (assuming it's without caps) for rural users. It doesn't really come close to competitive for anyone in urban/suburban areas in the US. Verizon's standard non-contract price for FIOS is $40/$60/$80 for symmetric 200/400/1000 Mbps.
