World class city and it's not included. It's beyond ridiculous for Vancouver not to host the largest sporting event on the planet. A city that is multicultural and based on tourism - imagine the benefit and amount of city scenery shots Van would've gotten far surpassing the 50 mil requirement across the planet. I won't even mention the MLS factor. The BC government spent $650 mil to renovate BC place so they can host what.. the Lions and Garden shows. With a change in government, would there be any way Vancouver could get added since locations aren't set completely in stone?
