My voting is on potential, and likelihood of reaching that potential.
Gillies. I was hesitant to vote him in so high the last couple years, but he just keeps playing phenomenal. Big kid, seems to have a great attitude. I truly think he could develop into one of the leagues top 5 goaltenders in the next 4-6 years.
