I have seen the subject brought up a numerous times on this forum so figured I would create a thread for the services I offer & for general landlord/tenant discussions.
I have decided to branch out in this direction after a handful of clients have asked if I could take care of the leasing process should their property not sell. I've also had people who want to sell simply because they are sick of dealing with their rental properties.

Many of you are more than capable/willing to handle your rental properties. That said, every situation is different. You may be living out of town, want to avoid tenant phone calls or simply do not have the time/patience to oversee the duties involved in leasing a property.
