It appears to be cheaper to build an arena, a stadium, a field house and throw some tourism advertising on top than it is to host the Olympics.
And history shows that any price tag we are seeing today is probably only half of what the final bill would be.
The Olympics are an out of control behemoth pricing itself towards irrelevancy.
