oh and one other piece of advice. There are a lot of employers out there that are warehousing. They have no idea how they're going to hire or what the onboarding is, or what the training model is. So they're stacking perspective interesting candidates with no idea when they're going to get clearance to actually hire, so make sure you ask those questions in terms of start, what onboarding looks like etc.
Also when a company says it offers relocation be very clear to ask what that entails.
