The hutch part is just glued on by design. May be a PITA to take apart.
This is designed to be reversible in configuration but it's been years since I put it together and I do not have any instructions.

You are welcome into my house to disassemble (with a mask please) so you know how to put it back together.
Or I can have it disassembled ready for you to load in pieces.
