I'd imagine they will go after rural users first. There are a few million potentials there.
Most people in Canada would be located in the private beta zone. As they keep sending up more satellites, the optimal coverage zone will increase.
Too bad we can't invest in SpaceX, or Starlink. This is going to be massive.
