I don’t think Vinny was meaning hyped by Calgary fans/CP he was meaning in general the 2013 draft was considered a deep draft especially in the 1st round and had some experts thinking it would rival the 2003 draft that had an insane hit rate for good to great NHL talent in the first Round.
