Probably won't help you as I'm not in Calgary, but I just had the Black Butte XXI (XX was last year's batch) and it was really, really good, better than its ranking on this list. The regular Black Butte Porter is my usual. The reserve was hard to find even around here, but worth looking for. I have to disagree on the ranking of Hair of the Dog - Fred is way better than Adam, IMHO. I'm a little biased because the brewery is like 4 blocks from me and I know the guys, but all the Hair of the Dog brews I've had have been excellent. I've had that Stone Double, and it probably deserves the high ranking. Haven't had too many of the others that aren't Oregon beers in the top 200, but I'm glad to see we're still well represented, even after the fad has kind of faded a bit. Used to be you couldn't throw a bottle without hitting a new brewery around here.
