Anyone know how these work?

I thought it would be cool to create a condition to automatically create a postable YouTube link and tweet link for CP.

So when a YouTube link is copied to clipboard the shortcut would take the required part after the =, then automatically paste it inside the proper YouTube tags.

Same with a tweet.

Except I’m really clueless as to how to make this work.

Any other cool 3rd party shortcuts you’ve found also welcome.
