Just looking for some advice anyway I can get it. I am planning on moving the family from Cochrane to SE Calgary as a result of my wife's employer moving offices to Ogden area.

Any time I lived In Calgary as a child it was always NW so I am not overly familiar with the SE. We are a young family of 4 with 2 young children. Does anyone have advice on good neighbourhoods with good Ogden access? I am not totally against being in the more southern communities as long as their is reasonable access ie Stoney Trail etc...

I realize there are many lake communities... Any opinions on which lake is the nicest?

Ideally we would love to live in the older neighbourhoods but we are looking at 550K and lower so we are realistic with what is available to us.

Just want to "poll the audience" and gather as many opinions as I can.
