Another interesting thing that I forgot to mention about the Kincora/Evanston/Creekside area is the big development planned for Sage Hill, just down the street. Supposed to be a big theater/shopping/hotel/conference type multi-function complex "Calgary's First Open Concept Shopping Centre" (check out
