I was going to say you can't have a dad bod unless you are a dad but maybe I have too narrow a definition.
Maybe having a dad bod is a symbol you have reached a stage in your life where appearance matters less. You still care about your body and do your best to look after things but regularly hitting the gym and eating healthy takes a back seat to a new more important priority. It is a life philosophy that focuses mental and physical energy away from yourself and onto others.
So yeah go ahead and rock that dad bod and enjoy the dad bod lifestyle!
