Right, but in that case they shouldn't even be allowed north of, say, Bridgeland, or south of 25th ave, or west of Sunalta, or east of Inglewood. Just make that the "zone" where they can be used. Yet, I see them in the deep south or out by my house. What are people doing, using them as a substitute for a bike commute?
