Have they? The Colts or Titans are going to win the AFC South and continue to be stuck in purgatory because they are not bad enough (or in this case play in perhaps the worst division in NFL history) to get a top QB prospect. The Vikings will probably win their division and be stuck with Cousins for several more years. The Saints think Dalton/Jameis can be enough. Falcons have Mariota instead of bottoming out. Steelers with Trubisky, etc...It's still a win now league, and it seems most coaches would rather hope they can squeeze into the playoffs, which is even more possible now with the #7 seed, then tank. What we've seen more recently is teams willing to trade big to draft a QB and taking the "#### Them Picks" approach. Because after all, if you're going to strike out and get fired, do you really care if you leave the next management group in a draft pick deficit?
