Not sure of the impact it will have but they have started to build some battery saver features into the pixel phones. They released adaptive charging in one of the feature drops that charges up your phone slower when you charge at night based on your alarm time. Also saw they've launched something that will only charge your battery to 80% in certain scenarios.
Both intended to help with battery health.
