I was never really happy with how Konnected worked (there always seems to be something that doesn't work), so I just ended up not using it for my system. I have an ADT system that does integrate with the Google Assistant. I can arm and disarm using voice commands as well as use it with routines. When my ADT contract is over later this year I intend to take another look into security systems and see if it's a better idea to use my existing hardware with Konnected or look into some of the newer, more modern systems that are designed for Home Assistant integration.
