No. The mag pole moves slowly every year. Runways are based on magnetic heading. Currently runway 34 is around 342 degrees magnetic. As the pole shifts the magnetic heading of the runway will move closer to 350 degrees. They are renaming them 35L/R 17L/R.
They likely will stay as 35/17 for decades.

I'm surprised that it is still relatively close to 340 and they are making the change now. Do you think that the pending opening of the new runway has anything to do with it? Sort of future-proofing the runway numbering so they won't have to do this again for an even longer period of time?
