This to me is a problem. Who is going to be the adult in the situation?

Part of life is picking your battles, understanding when to step away.

If a team gives a reporter access, there is a level of trust. That person benefits professionally from that access. Now in this case, the reporter / Citizen made the decision to take information that was obtained in an objectionable way, and is damaging to the team and its players, and to expose it.

If I’m the team I do the same. The reporter and the paper made a decision to bite the hand that feeds them and should expect the team to reasonably be displeased.

Allowing a journalist access to the team charter is a courtesy. They still can have all of the normal media availabilities, just have to arrange their own travel. Boo hoo
