Unless you are one of the first seeders and/or have a seedbox your ratio will be hard to keep up. Also home internet upload speed is terrible and many are throttled. Download Free leech files and upload those they give you credit for uploading without penalizing you with the download.

https://ultraseedbox.com right now but I'm sure there are better/cheaper ones out there.
