I've never been a fan of Deadpool. There were 2 reasons I went to see this movie. I like the idea of an R-rated superhero movie (and this one delivered perfectly on that front) and I'm a big fan of Colossus. As I've told a couple of friends of mine, this movie has set the bar for Colossus, and the X-Men movies should take note.
I also think that a movie featuring him and Teenage Warhead would go off well.
As to the movie itself...I don't like the "flip back in time" style of narrative, so I wasn't fond of that. Once the movie 'caught up' to itself, it was pretty good.
Overall, I am glad I went to see it.
