Hi CP,

We're starting to think about getting into our own place in Toronto. Just wondering if CP has any recommendations for a Mortgage broker. Sorry Realtor 1, I would totally seek your services if we were in Calgary.
Does Investor's Group have a good reputation? I know we are being courted by someone on their behalf, but I haven't set up a meeting with them yet.

Also, a recommendation for a real estate agent would also be useful.
