Owners won't pay much if any in the end, In Edmonton the city is suppose to get some of their money back from 9.5% of ticket sales but (drumroll...) the ticket prices went
up anywhere between 15% and 60%
In the end Katz not only won't pay a dime in rent he'll make a huge profit
