Shout out to Craig and Ty - Ty came by to take a look at an issue and perform the Tune up as well.
Great Customer service, I was stuck on a call in a meeting that ran long when Ty came by, and he waited 10-15 minutes for me to come out.
I apologized profusely, and Ty performed the work and fixed up the issue.
