Update to my NBA 2K22 issues. After another week of waiting for a response I get this.

I receive another update from our team, they are requesting a video that shows that you are unable to download the 2K22 on the current gen, and as well that you send a picture of the receipt and the codes with the ticket number handwritten on each of them.

At this rate my kid might be able to play when 2K23 gets released, that would be of course if I ever bought another 2K game which I never will.
