Thunderball: I'm with you on the whole HR prospective. But from an efficiency prospective as in the 'if you worked for yourself what should you do' case I would retain MRI and other diagnostics. And BTW there already are companies providing private services as part of their benefits. It even includes a free trip to Vancouver. Check this out:
