It's a 2 storey house with the master bedroom above the garage. The garage was not sealed from the inside to the bedroom, nor was the roofline above the garage against the bedroom sealed properly. It's crazy; it's not a cheap house either.
It was discovered when he noticed black mold creeping out from under the baseboards through the drywall on those walls. It had filled about 25 linear feet of the wall to about half way up. It was a wet black mold haven when they pulled they drywall. Gross!
Thanks for the tips guys. I'll call these places in the AM. I had tried a few shoppers earlier in the week but they basically told me to come back in a month.
