I feel like them and Norway seem to churn out the most impressive medal per capita. Norway is incredible, dominating the Winter and respectable in the summer. Not many more people than Alberta.

How about San Marino? They sent 5 athletes and won 3 medals. Their first ever medals. Have been attending since 1960.
