I’ve been a couple of times for a day early in the tournament. It’s definitely worth it to go, especially early on. Tickets to the outer courts were reasonably priced and going early meant lots of good players were on the outside courts. We lucked out the first year in 2014 and saw Genie Bouchard on court 5 the year she went to the semifinals. Pretty cool being mere meters away from the players. We also saw Pospisil that year. In 2017 we got tickets to court 1, the old bull ring in one of its final years before the renos. Those tickets also gave us access to the outer courts where in the 35 degree heat we watched Roanic beat upon some guy from Belgium.
I’m sure the other majors are similar early in the tournament, highly recommend.
